I think, sadly, it’s unlikely. The science behind jurassic park makes a lot of unrealistic assumptions so while in theory, if you got the dna (unlikely) and if it was still good enough (unlikely), etc, etc, you could make dinosaurs, but there are too many ifs.

Also, the planet has changed a lot since the dinosaurs. There’s about half the oxygen in the atmosphere now, so there might not be enough for the large dinosaurs to breathe.

Sadly the science behind Jurassic park just doesn’t hold true. The problem is that DNA just isn’t so stable outside a cell. It would be very difficult to keep it intact for millions of years, even if it were in a mosquito’s stomach. In fact the big problem there is that it would be digested. Anyway I can’t see it happening unless we have some kind of time machine to go and grab them, though that in itself would have some major problems.

Marcus is the Biologist so I’ll got with his answer, It’s upsetting though, I guess I’ll just have to go walking round the natural history museum dinosaur exhibit (Which is awesome!!)

I think it’s theoretically possible, if there were a way to work out what the DNA would have been. I guess that’s very, very very hard, but maybe in 1,000 years?
