      Nope. No atmosphere, no water. No clouds.

      It can’t sadly. There is not enough gravity on the moon to hold water (or gases for that matter) in place to form an atmosphere.

      Yeah, Not enough gravity to hold an atmosphere, so even if there was water on the moon when it evaporated to start forming a cloud it would just float off into space.
