• Question: what is the bigest voltage of battery you've ever used?

      Hmm, I don’t really get to use many batteries, but the biggest one I’ve ever used is probably the one I use everyday to start my car, which is 12 Volts (but it can deliver an enormous current!).

      Probably one of those 9v batteries that make your tongue go funny when you lick them. I don’t really use batteries so often in my work sorry to dissapoint.

      I don’t really use batteries. I’m just looking at what my laser plugs into at the wall and that is 480 volts, thats probably the highest voltage thing in the room.

      Yep all the batteries I’ve used have been normal-sized

      Yup, only normal sized batteries here too. It’s much easier to add a plug to a powerful piece of equipment than to develop a battery for it. Or if you need your equipment to be more mobile, portable generators.
